What types of pets do you care for?

We primarily care for dogs and cats, but we're happy to discuss care for other small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds. Contact us to discuss your specific needs!
Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! We are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Your pets' safety and wellbeing are our top priorities.
Do you have experience with special needs pets?

Absolutely! We have experience with senior pets, pets with medical conditions, and those requiring medication administration. We'll work with you to understand your pet's specific needs.
Booking & Scheduling
How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for all bookings. However, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during holidays and peak seasons, to ensure availability.
Can I book recurring services?

Yes! We offer subscription plans for regular services like daily dog walking or weekly daycare. These plans offer discounts and priority booking. Check out our subscription options on the main page.
What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Do you offer last-minute or emergency services?

While we require 48 hours notice as a general rule, we understand emergencies happen. Contact us directly at (438) 580-6184 and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability.
Services & Pricing
What's included in overnight boarding?

Our overnight boarding includes 8 group outings (or 6 individual outings with staff play sessions), comfortable sleeping arrangements, regular meals, playtime, and lots of love and attention. We have a NO CAGES policy - your pet stays in a home-like environment!
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely through our online booking system using Square.
Do you charge extra for weekends or holidays?

Yes, some services have weekend pricing. For example, dog walking is $30 on weekdays and $50 on weekends. Major holidays may have additional fees. Check our pricing page or contact us for details.
Can I add extra services to my booking?

Absolutely! We offer additional services like teeth brushing ($4), extra walks ($16), brushing ($17), and more. You can add these when booking or contact us to modify an existing booking.
Safety & Care
Do you use cages or crates?

NO CAGES! This is one of our core values. Your pet will have freedom of movement in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. We only use crates if the pet's owner specifically requests it for the pet's comfort and safety.
What if my pet has an emergency while in your care?

We have emergency protocols in place. We'll contact you immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. We require emergency contact information and authorization for veterinary care when you register your pet.
Can I get updates about my pet?

Yes! We provide photo and video updates during services. The frequency depends on the service - daycare and boarding include regular updates, while walks include at least one photo per visit.
Do pets need to be vaccinated?

Yes, for the safety of all pets in our care, we require current vaccinations for dogs (rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) and cats (rabies and FVRCP). Please provide proof of vaccination when registering your pet.
